When will the gifts be delivered ?

It generally takes 3-4 weeks but sometimes it takes 2-month advance booking. That depends on our production cycle. It may double the production time during wedding peak dates / for  bulk quantity order/ special gifts/ tailor-made gifts/ your own design. The date of delivery will be confirmed upon both sides' agreement. So please try your best to enter your date of wedding when filling in our Gift Match form for our proper process.

How much is the delivery charge ?

Free in Hong Kong. (We don't deliver to islands.) For order quantity less than 150, an administration fee, which will be varied according to the actual quantity you need, may be charged.

For international order, you are highly recommended to choose an item first and inform us the quantity you need. We will quote the shipping charge as soon as possible. We usually ship by international air. For urgent order, you may want to request FedEx or SpeedPost. It usually takes 2-3 days.

How to count the number of letter on wordings ? When should I submit the wordings?

Any spaces, letters or numbers will be counted as a letter. So the phase "R&M  01" contains 6 letters.

After paying the deposit, you will be directed to a web page where you can submit your wordings and other comments, if applicable.

If you order samples through online SSL Visa payment system, you can specify the wordings in the column(s) of instructions/ comment/ notes during checking out.

Do you accept credit card ?

Yes. We accept credit card for purchase over HK$500; otherwise, cash or checks are required.

When should I pay?

After order confirmation, you will have to pay a certain deposit. It is about 50%. For order under HK$800, you may be asked for full payment. Balance should be made on or before delivery.

Do you ship internationally ?

Yes. Freight will be charged according to the actual weight and size of the gifts plus US$3 handling fee.

Can I order samples? How long will it take to order samples?

Yes. Most gifts offer sample(s). All samples will have a label specifying "Cre-Art" and "Not for re-sale". Each qual-couple is entitled to  a maximum purchase of  four samples and enjoy a redemption of maximum two samples when placing the second order. Customers can usually customize the wordings or design of samples by filling in their requests in the column(s) of instructions/ comments/ note..

It takes about 7 working days to order samples.

How to order samples?

When you click on the URL that we quote for you, you will find that most gifts have shopping cart(s) attached.  Just click on the shopping cart to purchase your desired sample(s).  Then check out and pay through the online SSL Paypal secure Visa Card payment system. All samples will have a label specifying "Cre-Art" and "Not for re-sale". For gifts without shopping cart, please contact us for more details.

How to redeem sample(s)?

Each couple is entitled to purchase a maximum of  4 samples and enjoy a maximum of 2-sample redemption. For example, if you purchase four samples of prices HK$35, HK$20, HK$80 and HK$50 respectively, you will have HK$130 (HK$80 + HK$50) deduction from your second order with us. When placing second order, you have to specify your e-mail address which you used in ordering the samples  for our proper arrangement. The  redemption should be made within six months after the sample order.

Why don't you accept my order?

We are very sorry to say that though we give out quotation(s), we can't bind ourselves to accept all orders due to reasons such as:

1) You have missed the given booking deadline,  and our booking schedule is full;
2) The gift(s) that you want  is/are out of stock or out of our production cycle.

Kindly be informed that booking priority will be given to sample buyers and on first come first serve basis. You are highly recommended to place your order at your earliest convenience.
